A quick word before the details
At Vadimpex we want every return and warranty claim to be quick, fair, and free of surprises — for you and for us. This Policy explains in plain terms what we cover, what we don’t, and the simple steps that keep your claim moving. Most of it is common sense; the rest is here to protect honest customers from the cost of misuse. Please take a few minutes to read it before sending anything back.
By purchasing from Vadimpex, or by sending a device to us for a return or warranty claim, you accept the terms set out below. This Policy applies to all customers, retailers, and partners.
1. Before You Return Anything — Three Quick Checks
A little preparation saves everyone time, money, and frustration. Please run through these first:
- Confirm the fault is real. Double-check that the problem genuinely exists and isn’t a settings or setup issue. Devices with damage from drops, impacts, liquids, or misuse can’t be accepted under warranty, so a quick look first is always worth it.
- Try the manufacturer first. For devices still under the manufacturer’s warranty, contact your local authorized service centre before contacting us — they are usually the fastest route to a repair. If they decline to help, ask for that refusal in writing; we will need it.
- Unlock the device completely. This is the important one. Remove every PIN, pattern, password, and screen lock, sign out of all accounts (Google, Apple, Samsung, and similar), and switch off Factory Reset Protection (FRP) or Activation Lock. A locked device cannot be inspected, repaired, or processed by anyone — see Section 5.
2. How to Start a Return
Please email us before you ship anything:
office@vadimpex.com and stanislav.yordanov@vadimpex.com
Please include in your email:
- A clear description of the fault
- The device serial number / IMEI
- Proof of purchase
- If applicable, the service centre’s written refusal
So we can match the device to your claim, please note your name (or company name) and the device IMEI on the package, or on a note inside. The fault description should reach us by email before the device arrives.
3. How to Pack and Send It Back
- Use the original box and include everything that came with the device — charger, cable, and any other accessories.
- Occasionally, missing original packaging or accessories will cause the manufacturer’s service centre to refuse to repair or replace the device. In that situation we are not obliged to issue a refund, and we may return the device to you unrepaired.
4. What We Cover — and What We Can’t
We honour genuine manufacturing defects within the applicable warranty period (typically 2 years from purchase, unless a longer warranty or your local law provides otherwise). Where authorized local warranty service isn’t available, we will evaluate eligible repairs or replacements ourselves, provided the rest of this Policy is met.
Because we can only cover true manufacturing defects, a claim may be declined when the issue comes from:
- Physical damage — cracks, dents, bends, or anything caused by drops, impacts, or force.
- Liquid damage — water or moisture, internal corrosion, or a triggered liquid-damage indicator.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications — devices opened or repaired by anyone not authorized, non-original parts, or software tampering.
- Misuse or negligence — the wrong charger or accessories, extreme temperatures, or use outside the device’s intended purpose.
- Expired warranty — claims made after the warranty period has ended.
- Non-defective issues — user error, software misconfiguration, normal wear and tear, or simply being unfamiliar with a feature.
- Missing documentation or accessories — as described in Section 3.
- External factors — power surges, lightning, or natural events.
- Third-party software — apps, malware, or viruses that are not manufacturing defects.
5. Locked or Inaccessible Devices — Please Read Carefully
This is the single most common reason a return fails, so we want to be completely clear about it.
These locks are anti-theft protections working exactly as designed. A device locked because someone forgot their own Google, Apple, or Samsung credentials is not a manufacturing defect — and no service centre, ours or the manufacturer’s, can lawfully bypass it. The fix is account recovery, not a return.
So, before sending a device back, please:
- Recover the account through the official provider (for example, accounts.google.com) and remove the lock; then
- Start a return only if a separate, genuine hardware fault remains.
A device that arrives locked will be returned to you, and any related claim placed on hold until the lock has been cleared.
6. Fair Use — and What Happens When It’s Abused
This Policy is built on trust, and the great majority of our customers use it in good faith. We do, however, draw a firm line at abuse.
Deliberately damaging, “bricking,” tampering with, disabling, or intentionally locking a device in order to obtain a refund, replacement, or warranty service is a serious abuse of this Policy. The same applies to a pattern of returning locked devices, repeatedly sending incomplete or damaged returns, or misrepresenting a fault.
Where we identify abuse, we will:
- immediately and permanently deny the claim;
- suspend or revoke return and warranty privileges; and
- pursue any other remedy available to us under applicable law.
We apply this fairly and only where the evidence supports it. Honest mistakes are not abuse, and we will always treat them as honest mistakes.
7. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits the consumer rights you cannot waive under the laws of your country. Where this Policy and mandatory local consumer law conflict, the law prevails to the extent of that conflict. We may update this Policy from time to time, and the terms in force at the time of your purchase or claim will apply.
8. Acceptance of This Policy
You do not need to sign or return anything. By purchasing a device from Vadimpex, or by sending a device to us for a return, repair, or warranty claim, you accept the terms of this Policy. We recommend keeping a copy for your records.
